    Job title: Account Manager - Internetworking and Network Infrastructure
    Locations: Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire


    Description: We are looking for technology solutions sales professionals who are able to help business decision makers understand how technology will solve business problems, increase customer satisfaction and increase profitability.

    Job duties include but are not limited to:
    • Develop high-level professional relationships with customer.
    • Solicit new business accounts from the corporate, educational and government sectors
    • Ensure that our customers receive the proper service and equipment needed to accomplish their business and technology objectives.
    Requirements/Qualifications:
    • 2+ years of proven success in technology solution selling
    • Understanding of network infrastructure technology sales
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • High knowledge level of either IP based solutions, network systems or cabling infrastructure.

    Title: Audiovisual Delivery Professional
    Location: Massachusetts or New Hampshire
    Department: Professional Services


    Description: in this role you are responsible for installation and testing of audio visual systems. You will manage all phases of the installation including training of the customers on the solution and ensuring that it is accepted by the customer.

    Job duties include but are not limited to:
    • Set-up, handling, termination, fabrication, installation, calibration testing and repair of audiovisual and digital media systems and components (cable, wiring, connectors, structural hardware and electronic equipment) using multiple formats of engineering diagrams and architectural drawings (consultant drawings, simplified line diagrams, etc.)
    • Assembly, wiring and testing of audio racks.
    • Installation, set-up and calibration of DSP-based systems and components (Peavey Media-Matrix, Biamp Audia, PolyCom Vortex, Clear One XAP series, etc.), and Crestron and AMX control systems.
    • Professional representation of Single Source Group in all communications with staff, client representatives, cooperative trades and subcontractors regarding installations. Successful completion of installation assignments on time and within budget while conforming to Single Source Group's "Technical Operations - Standards and Practices."
    • Training of end users
    Requirements/Qualifications:
    • Troubleshooting knowledge of projectors
    • Understanding of AV signal flow
    • Familiarity with video technology (ie. CRT, LCD, ILA & DLP)
    • Understanding of network ISDN/IP systems
    • Knowledge of computer systems and operating systems
    • Valid driver's license and be insurable by our insurance carrier
    • Complete understanding of OSHA requirements
    • Ability to lift 75 pounds (Products)
    • Frequent paid overtime to meet the needs of customers
    Educational Qualifications:
    • High School or Trade diploma required, BS degree preferred
