Customer Success
Citizens Bank
A continually used boardroom in a Boston location was becoming outdated and SSG was asked to conduct an audio visual audit.
Taking advantage of the existing layout SSG recommended and subsequently installed a state-of-the-art integrated system that
included everything from a digital projector, microphones, speakers, A/V and laptop auxiliary inputs to a wireless access
touch panel. Downtime for very long was not an option and SSG managed and completed the project in 5 days working with
union contractors as required by the facility.
Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union – Read Case Study (PDF)
Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union was building a new corporate headquarters and wanted the latest in A/V technology to support their boardroom, computer lab, conference rooms, and training room.
Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union had an overriding requirement that once an employee was trained on the usage of the technology in one room, they would
be capable of using any room that had similar equipment. In the past, the IT department was constantly called upon to setup a meeting or tackle A/V issues.
To ensure consistency and ease of use, SSG designed custom control touch panels from Crestron and installed these panels in all rooms.
Lake Sunapee Bank
The home office for LSB had a conference room and a prestigious board room that needed to be equipped with the latest
technologies but had to retain the feel and personality of an "old time" room where technology was not visible. SSG
worked with the Bank's Interior designer, electricians, general contractor, and mechanical contractors to successfully
accomplish this goal. Enclosures for the projectors were built, discreet in-ceiling speakers and retractable screens were
installed and when not in use. To make the new projectors easy to operate SSG installed a wireless control system that
allows a user to intuitively display PC, laptops, visual presenters, VCR cassette, or DVDs. Additionally to house all of
these items SSG custom designed a lectern that matches the rooms' new interior.
